Come join a vibrant, interdisciplinary team dedicated to meeting the complex needs of adults living with serious mental illness in the Bridgton area. We are seeking a collaborative, engaging, and motivated Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team Lead with active clinical licensure. This full‑time, year‑round salaried role provides both administrative and clinical leadership for the ACT team.

DUTIES:

The Team Lead oversees daily operations, supports and supervises staff, and delivers individual, group, and family counseling for people with psychotic disorders and other serious mental illnesses across community, home, and office-based settings

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's degree from an accredited institution. Clinical licensure as an LCSW or LCPC is preferred; however, strong candidates with conditional licensure who demonstrate solid leadership abilities and prior experience working with individuals with serious mental illness will be considered. Experience supporting individuals with Substance Use Disorders are preferred.

The selected candidate must maintain all required licenses and certifications throughout employment with Spurwink. A current Maine driver's license and a clean driving record, as defined in Spurwink's Driving Policy, are required.
