Talent Acquisition Assistant – 1-Month Contract

Location: Richmond, VA

Employment Type: Contract | 1 Month

Start Date: ASAP


An international company in Richmond is seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to support a large-scale recruitment project. This is a fast-paced, short-term opportunity ideal for someone with prior recruiting experience who can quickly step in and help identify and move qualified candidates through the hiring process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes and candidates based on established qualifications
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening conversations
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Support interview processes and candidate evaluations
  • Identify and recommend qualified candidates for open positions
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team as needed
  • Help manage a high volume of candidates and competing priorities


Qualifications

  • Must have prior recruitment/talent acquisition experience
  • Experience with candidate screening and interview coordination
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
