Position Summary: This position works directly with Human Resources Business Partners to support staffing needs, creatively source for open positions, and develop proactive recruiting techniques and programs that are consistent with the Company’s strategic objectives, core values and image.
Key Duties:
- Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability for positions.
- Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet future hiring needs.
- Developing and implementing recruiting strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals.
- Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborating with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
- Negotiating employment terms and extending job offers to selected candidates
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience with various recruitment tools and software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
