NOW HIRING: Experienced Plastics Extrusion Operators

Norton, OH | 2nd & 3rd Shift | $18.00–$21.00/Hour | Immediate Openings!

Are you an experienced Plastics Extrusion Operator looking for a stable career with competitive pay and long-term opportunity? We have an urgent need for dependable, skilled operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Norton, Ohio. If you have extrusion experience and are ready to get to work, we want to hear from you today!

Available Shifts

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Starting Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience.

What You'll Do

  • Set up, operate, and monitor plastics extrusion equipment
  • Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and production efficiency
  • Perform quality inspections and record production data
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues
  • Safely move raw materials and finished products using a tow motor
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous plastics extrusion experience is REQUIRED
  • Minimum of 2 years of tow motor (forklift) experience is REQUIRED
  • Ability to read measuring devices and follow production specifications
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Excellent attendance, reliability, and attention to detail
