Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping everything organized and running smoothly? Join our Fort Wayne campus as our Scheduler and help ensure our residents receive the care they deserve from a dependable, well-coordinated nursing team!

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage nursing team schedules

  • Coordinate coverage for call-offs, PTO, and staffing changes

  • Maintain accurate staffing records and compliance requirements

  • Communicate scheduling updates clearly and promptly

  • Assist with onboarding and shift assignments as needed

  • Work closely with department leaders to maintain appropriate shift coverage

Qualifications
  • CNA and/or QMA certification preferred, but not required

  • Assisted Living or Long-Term Care experience preferred

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Scheduling experience is a plus, but we will train the right person!
