  • Supervise, mentor, and develop accounts payable staff while fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and corporate card transactions.
  • Manage and optimize AP workflows within NetSuite and Ramp, identifying opportunities for automation and process standardization.

  • Monitor cash disbursements and payment schedules to optimize working capital and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Develop, document, and enforce internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Utilize LastPass and other approved security tools to support compliance with company cybersecurity and access management protocols.
  • Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for audits, lender reporting, and private equity ownership requirements.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve visibility into AP operations.

Qualifications
Required
  • Strong experience of accounts payable operations in NetSuite.
  • Hands-on experience with Ramp expense management and corporate card administration.
  • Familiarity with LastPass or comparable password and access management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and accounts payable best practices.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience, including at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated experience within a private equity-backed, high-growth, or acquisitive organization.
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and post-acquisition integrations.
  • Experience working with Planful or similar budgeting and forecasting platforms.
  • Experience in a multi-entity or multi-location environment.
  • Background in service-based, professional services, field services, or recurring-revenue businesses.
  • Experience implementing AP automation and workflow optimization initiatives.
  • CPA, CMA, or other accounting certification is a plus.

What Success Looks Like
  • Accounts payable processes are efficient, scalable, and capable of supporting continued acquisition-driven growth.
  • Vendor payments are accurate, timely, and well-controlled.
