What You'll Do:
As an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist, you will generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely fashion. Your work will contribute to the financial stability of our organization, ensuring resources are optimized to provide the best care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Billing and Accounts Receivable (A/R) from all sources including Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance and Self Pay.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly
  • Interact with residents, families, and external partners to address billing inquiries and provide clear, empathetic explanations when needed
