Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Office Administrator to join our construction company on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative office environment and is interested in learning all aspects of office and accounting operations. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

 

Responsibilities

·         Learn and support all office functions to provide coverage during employee absences and emergencies.

·         Become proficient in the company's accounting software and office procedures.

·         Process and manage Accounts Receivable.

·         Process and manage Accounts Payable.

·         Assist with Payroll administration.

·         Maintain accurate records and documentation.

·         Support daily administrative and accounting operations as needed.

 

Qualifications

·         Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to learn.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.

·         Experience with construction accounting software, particularly ProContractor, is a plus but not required.

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

·         Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.

·         Friendly, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
