Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Analyst to lead day-to-day accounting operations for our aftermarket automotive business. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, overseeing general ledger activity, supporting internal and external audits, and ensuring compliance with corporate accounting policies and local regulations.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in accounting, experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment, and proven ability to lead and develop a team.

Key Responsibilities:
   Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger entries.
   Review and prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
   Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
   Maintain compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standards (US GAAP/IFRS as applicable).
   Support external and internal audits by preparing required documentation and responding to inquiries.
   Assist with preparation of financial statements and management reporting packages.
   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, and Corporate Accounting.
   Train, mentor, and supervise accounting staff; provide performance feedback and support professional development.
   Identify process improvement opportunities and support system implementations or upgrades.

Qualifications:
   Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
   4-6 years of accounting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
   Prior experience in the manufacturing or automotive aftermarket industry is a strong plus.
   Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
   Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
   Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational ability.
   Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of working across teams and levels.
   Fluent in professional-level English (required)

Compensation:The base pay for this position generally ranges between $90,000.00 to $110,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
