Job description

Cal-Ore Telephone Co is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative. Applicants should be computer literate, fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel and application data bases. Job duties include processing customer payments, service orders, new accounts, responding to inquiries and some accounting duties. Ability to communicate and work with the public is mandatory. Successful candidate will be a team player, able to take direction, meet deadlines, and contribute to a congenial office environment. Travel between offices may be required.
