We are looking for an Accounting Customer Service Rep who will be responsible for a variety of administrative accounting tasks. The office works as a team and assists coworkers at any opportunity. The ideal applicant will be a true team player.
This position includes Cash Accounting/Reconciliation, Administrative Assistant and Customer Service. Duties include, among others, performing data entry, handling customer/vendor inquiries, and maintaining records. Assist with improvement processes to create more job efficiency, following company's procedures and guidelines. Accounting tasks include, data entry of all payments coming in to BTIS daily and mailing of commission checks. Customer Service duties would include answering phones and directing customers to the appropriate department, and assisting customers as needed.

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

Office experience (Preferred)

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Preferred)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES

Mastery of the English language, both written and verbal.

Strong attention to detail, is dependable and follows through.

Strong work ethic and excellent time management skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people throughout the organization.

Willingness to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image.

Willingness to work non-traditional shifts which meet the needs of the team and company.

Must type 40 words per minute

PAY RANGE:

  • $19 -$24 per hour and will depend on several factors including geographical location, relevant experience, skills and knowledge pertaining to this role and industry.
