Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting / Customer Service Representative to join the PJ Mark team. This role supports both our day-to-day accounting operations and customer service needs, working closely with our sales team and wholesale clients.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with numbers, and able to communicate professionally with customers and internal team members. You will help manage payments, process orders and returns, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure information is handled accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced wholesale apparel environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and online platforms
  • Assist the sales team with order processing, returns, exchanges, and account-related requests
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and the sales team
  • Process and record incoming and outgoing payments
  • Maintain accurate customer, order, and payment information in QuickBooks
  • Assist with invoices, payment records, and other day-to-day accounting tasks
  • Resolve customer issues and follow up on outstanding requests
  • Coordinate with sales and other internal teams to ensure orders and customer needs are handled efficiently
  • Help ensure a positive and professional customer experience with PJ Mark


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with numbers, invoices, payments, and financial records
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow through on customer issues
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, customer service, or administrative support is preferred
