(Part-Time)
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Accounting and Human Resources departments.
• Ability to operate software applications. (Excel)
• Organize, file and maintain records.
• Assist with data entry.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Create AP checks.
• Financial reports.
• Account reconciliation.
• Key data into company accounting systems.
• Maintain Human Resources and Accounting data bases.

Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):
• Proficiency in HR software such as UKG.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with shifting priorities.
Physical Demands:
This position requires incumbent to sit at desk and/or stand for long hours during regularly scheduled work hours. This job may include, but are not limited to sitting, reaching, stooping, crouching, kneeling, climbing, twisting, hearing and repetitive motions. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Working Conditions and Environment:
Incumbent works in a temperature controlled medical office environment.
Pay:
The starting range for this position is $16.50-19.16/hr. depending on skills, experience, and qualifications as well as market considerations.
