Job Description

This role willreport to the Accounts Payable Manager. Responsibleforvendor invoice processing and employee expenseaudit reviews. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide A+ customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in closing AP monthly according to close schedule deadlines

  • Provide 24-hour turnaround time on emails and inquiries

  • Process various types of invoices: 2-way PO, 3-way PO, non-PO

  • Invoice approval follow-ups

  • Retrieve invoices from online portal accounts

  • Managing vendor relationships and resolving any related issues

  • Audit expense reimbursements exceptions in Concur expense platform to ensure compliance with company Travel and Expense policy

  • Respond to staff expense inquiries and educate on T&E policy compliance, reducing noncompliant submissions

  • Prepare monthlyAP and T&Eaccruals and reconciliationsas assigned

  • Establish good business relationships with internal business partners to maintain smooth operations

  • Participate in maintaining up to date desktop procedures

  • Must be able to work both independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Ensure compliance withGAAP,SOX controls, company policies, and procedures

  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels, including senior management

  • Assist with ad-hoc projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred, or related experiencein accounting

  • Minimum of2years' experience in Accounts Payable andTravel&Expense

  • Constantly work with a sense of urgency

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of data workflows and root cause analysis, accountability, compliance, confidentiality, adherence to company policies and procedures

  • Experiencedwith ERP accounting systems as well as Travel and Expense platforms(i.e., NetSuite, Concur, Navan, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related accounting applications

  • Excellent communications skills, and the ability to multitask and change priorities regularly

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

JOB REQ COMPENSATION RANGE

$44,000 - $73,000

The base salary range for this role is shown above. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr's discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and/or equity plan, depending on role.
