Windwalker seeks an Account Manager to add to one of our Boston, MA operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working as an Account Manager amongst a large account here in the greater Boston area. We need a clear and concise communicator, a natural leader to join our operation and help grow and bolster our overall workflow.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity. Pay range for the role is $65k - $85k, based off of experience.

Windwalker Security Guards will provide a variety of services, which may include, but is not limited to the following tasks:

  • Management of visitors at access control points with a combination of utmost courtesy, decisiveness, and professionalism.
  • Consistently resolute professional appearance and demeanor of public-facing employees.
  • Validate strict compliance with security standards.
  • Emphasis on interaction with affinity participants such as local, state police, and DHS.
  • Ensure high standards of conduct/zero tolerance for non-professional behavior.
  • Effective and transparent employee discipline procedures.
  • High touchpoints between and among contract employees, client management, and company managers.
  • Preparedness planning for effective response to potential crises.
  • Provide high level customer service to clients through daily interaction with students, staff, faculty and visitors.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to react quickly to a changing environment
  • Advanced ability to respond to security breaches and threats.
  • Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods of time
  • Ability to inform personnel and visitors of security procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills
  • Possess an ability to be flexible and perform a variety of security duties
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A minimum of four years' experience in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of security systems and surveillance equipment preferred
  • CPR, First Aid, AED, NARCAN, MOAB , or ACT I, II, or III Certifications highly preferred
  • Associates degree or greater in Criminal Justice related studies
  • Account Management experience within a Security portfolio.
