Role Description 
The Account Specialist is a part-time, with the potential to become a full-time based on performance on-site role based in Longview, TX. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, including onboarding new clients, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring service delivery meets agreed expectations. The Account Specialist will monitor account performance, review service schedules and invoices, and collaborate with operations and field supervisors to resolve issues promptly. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, preparing account reports, supporting basic financial and billing activities, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in company systems and assisting with process improvements related to account management.
Qualifications
  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Account Management capabilities to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Solid Communication skills (written and verbal) to handle client inquiries, prepare reports, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Foundational Finance knowledge to support billing, invoicing, and basic account reconciliations.
