Job description

Who You Are:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to fill our Account Executive (AE) role.  The AE position is an exciting, fast-paced role that offers growth opportunities. Our ideal AE is a leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, who has a passion to build a book a business and grow within the company.

How You’ll Contribute:

  • Work with leadership to create and execute detailed professional action plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Experience achieving or exceeding sales targets, KPI’s, OKR’s 
  • Be open to consistent one on one coaching from leadership, and using feedback to improve sales ability
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from calling on an initial lead through securing seminar agreements and payment
  • Identify, pursue, and develop new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, networking, email outreach, cold calling, and marketing provided lead generation—converting prospects into long-term partnerships.
  • Acting as your clients’ go-to resource for guidance and solutions
  • Use consultative sales approach to qualify leads and then identify and communicate the appropriate solutions to the prospect
  • Remain in frequent contact with the client, it is your responsibility to understand their needs and continue to build upon sales conversations while nurturing them to re-order additional services consistently
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customer’s dedication
  • Embrace problem solving/challenges with a collaborative, resourceful, and strategic approach
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Record all sales activities through company CRM 
  • Stay up to date and fluent with sales tech stack.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 2 years Sales and or Marketing experience preferred
  • Solutions based sales experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM is a must
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Account based marketing experience preferred
  • Preferably located in the Metro Detroit (Michigan) or Tampa area (Florida)

The Fine Print:

  • Base salary ($40K-$50K) based on experience, plus generous commission 
  • Year 1 OTE $80k - $110k annually
  • Year 2 OTE $100k - $150k annually
