Job Description:

Job Summary

The Account Director is responsible for prospecting and nurturing personas in and associated with the Corporate Compliance Function to enable sales of Epiq's Compliance Advisory and Technology suite of services and pull-through opportunities. This role involves developing strategic account plans, collaborating with solution delivery teams to ensure the client's objectives are met and partnering with other sales professionals to deliver a "one Epiq" experience to the Compliance Function.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Manage global client accounts and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans.

  • Oversee global account management activities and client communications.

  • Drive business development and sales initiatives.

  • Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver client solutions.

  • Provide consulting services to clients.

  • Conduct sales prospecting and cold calling.

  • Prepare and present sales reports.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. A law degree is a plus.

  • Experience: 10+ years in global account management and business development targeting personas in the Compliance Function: Chief Compliance Officer, Regional Compliance Officer, Compliance Director, Internal Investigations, etc. .
