Accessories Manager - Platinum Ford Terrell
Earn $120,000+ | Established Dealership | Growth Opportunity
Platinum Ford is looking for an experienced Accessories Manager to lead and grow our vehicle accessories department. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a department with strong support, a large customer base, and significant growth potential.
Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of the accessories department
• Increase accessory sales through service, sales, and customer-pay opportunities
• Build and maintain vendor relationships
• Manage inventory and ordering
• Develop accessory packages and merchandising strategies
• Train staff and create processes that drive profitability
• Monitor department performance and gross profit
Qualifications
• Automotive accessories management experience preferred
• Strong sales and leadership skills
• Experience with inventory control and vendor management
