Job description

Redline Powersports is seeking a motivated, career-minded Parts Sales Associate to join our Parts & Accessories team. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced dealership environment representing leading powersports brands and serving a passionate customer base.

We are looking for someone who understands the powersports business, works well with people, and takes pride in delivering a strong customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests, in person and over the phone
  • Support the Parts & Accessories Manager in driving sales and profitability
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom and parts area
  • Assist customers in identifying parts and accessories needs and researching solutions
  • Recommend add-on products, specials, and new merchandise to maximize each sale
  • Work closely with Service Technicians to fulfill parts requests efficiently
  • Notify service staff when special or backordered parts are received
  • Develop working knowledge of all parts, accessories, and related systems
  • Ensure inventory is accurate, organized, and properly displayed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Professional, team-oriented attitude with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and maintain reliability
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with a broad customer base
  • Comfortable learning and using POS and inventory systems
  • Ability to look up and quote parts accurately using catalogs and systems
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
