You Are:
A growth focused sales professional who has successfully created consistent and positive impact through year-on-year business expansion. You have run all phases of a large deal sales cycle, including opportunity origination, qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process and technical expertise.
You develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients, using a combination of Banking Industry solutions. And you'll partner with other parts of Accenture to craft Cloud, Data and AI solutions as a foundation to deliver all of our services.
As a Sales Capture Senior Manager you will originate, shape, sell and close large deals that are single or multi-service and which are valuable to our clients and profitable to Accenture.
The Work:
Create solutions to address complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs. Interacts with senior client stakeholders and Accenture peers and leadership to shape and drive strategic pursuits. Defines pursuit strategies, develops compelling client messaging, and builds trusted executive relationships. Brings differentiated, industry leading perspectives leveraging AI-enabled capabilities across technology strategy, data and AI, application development and management, and infrastructure services. Demonstrates strong proficiency in cloud (AWS/AZURE) and AI platforms (such as Anthropic, OpenAI and others) to shape and deliver scalable, business driven solutions. Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical opportunities. Operates within large teams and directs specific team sales activities. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in selling Banking & Capital opportunities
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with quota preferably in excess of $15M+
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience selling financial services opportunities
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cloud (AWS/AZURE), demonstrating strong proficiency
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI Platforms (such as Anthropic, Open AI, etc.), demonstrating strong proficiency
  • Strong financial acumen and complex deal shaping experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Bonus Points if you have:
  • Experience working with G500 customers.
  • Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.
  • Proven ability to operate within a highly-matrixed, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.
  • High energy level, focus and ability to work well in demanding client environments.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility, and character.
