Fenwick's corporate group provides services to technology and life sciences companies at all stages of development, from early startups to mature, publicly-traded corporations, and its fund formation practice serves the investors in those companies.
Job Description:
We are seeking a fund formation corporate associate with four (4) to eight (8) years of experience to join as a core member of our rapidly growing private investment funds team, which focuses primarily on organization and ongoing advising of venture funds, venture studios, incubators, accelerators and crypto-related funds. Qualified applicants will have extensive experience in VC or PE private investment fund formation and counseling and relevant corporate and securities regulations. We require that the candidate must be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or are eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
Required: superior academic credentials, top-tier professional experience, excellent oral, written, interpersonal and teamwork skills, and an entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset.

The anticipated range for this position is:
$310,000 - $445,000
Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
