AllHealth Network is currently looking for a qualified Nurse Supervisor to lead our Acute Care Campus location. We are looking for a leader who can support the growth of this program. Job Description:

Nurse Manager - ACC

  • Positively contribute to the financial health of the organization.
  • Monitor documentation and oversee care delivery to ensure regulatory standards and/or contractual requirements are met while upholding quality standards.
  • Foster staff development and competency through supervision, coaching, trainings and in-services, team meetings.  
  • Enhance professional growth and development through participation in specialized training.
  • Promote positive culture of collaboration within AllHealth Network. 
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Manager and Director to develop department objectives and strategies to maximize staff efficiencies and operations that support organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Assist and develop a successful and cohesive team, with high level of productivity, accuracy and quality care to achieve performance metrics.
  • Promote positive working environment for staff; understanding the importance of team-based care in service delivery.   
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations (development and supervision) of the team to ensure performance standards are met. 
  • Oversee administrative functions of the team including human resource management, staff performance and competencies, monitoring department productivity, reviewing department policies and procedures, and monitoring individual staff workloads/assignments.
  • Provide supervision, coaching and mentoring to staff. Provide expertise and knowledge of nursing practice.
  • Perform audits of nursing documentation to verify that quality nursing care is being provided and appropriately documented.
  • Act as a resource to answer questions and assist peers and management with delegated tasks and projects.
  • Positively contribute to the financial health of the organization through stewardship of resources.
  • Maintain a positive, ethical, and professional working relationship with community, government agencies, and other professionals.
  • Participate and contribute to departmental meetings, team huddles, rounds, supervision and other meetings, as needed, to ensure cohesive department operations.
  • Enhance professional growth and development through participation in specialized training.
  • Follow all AllHealth Network policies and procedures.
  • Complete all required trainings as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelines.
  • Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with current Colorado license
  • BSN required
  • AllHealth Network does not employ former or current clients or family members of clients receiving treatment at any AllHealth Network facilities
  • Minimum of 2+ years of related experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is strongly preferred

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Must be competent in clinical assessment, diagnosis and therapeutic interventions.
  • Ability to supervise clinical staff in a managed care setting
  • Knowledge of mental health rules and regulations
  • Familiarity with community resources
  • Computer competency
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and to develop therapeutic relationships with clients and families
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive, effective working relationships with other professionals in all levels of authority.

Salary:

$95,000 - $100,000 annually

Location:

Located at our Acute Care Campus, where we provide direct care and management for clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
