We are seeking a compassionate, visionary leader to guide our Collegeville, PA school community. Since opening its doors in 2009, Chesterbrook Academy Collegeville has been committed to providing exceptional early childhood education to families throughout Schwenksville, Pottstown, Douglassville, Souderton, Harleysville, Norristown, and Gilbertsville through a NAEYC-accredited program grounded in academic excellence and genuine care. What We're Looking For

  • Must meet Pennsylvania Child Care Center Director qualifications as outlined by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) regulations.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or early childhood education program.
  • Thorough knowledge of Pennsylvania childcare licensing regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, manage daily center operations, support staff performance, and foster a positive learning environment.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Educational Leadership, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with Pennsylvania Keystone STARS, accreditation programs (NAEYC, COA, or similar), or other continuous quality improvement initiatives preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain all required clearances, certifications, and ongoing professional development as required by Pennsylvania regulations.
