Job Responsibilities for Academy Director.

ยท Assumes responsibility for every daily operations aspect of the learning center.

ยท Ensures compliance to licensing/accrediting agencies.

ยท Abiding by and enforcing company policies and procedures.

ยท Communicates in verbal and written format with above-standard quality in composition, content, and timeliness.

ยท Adheres to budgetary requirements; controls and manages expenses to achieve budgeted profitability.

ยท Earns and maintains consistent customer satisfaction, maximizing enrollment potential and minimizing student withdrawals.

ยท Follows all required business management practices.

ยท Properly on-boards new staff.

ยท Completes parent/child interviews prior to enrollment.

ยท Acts as a liaison between teachers and parents to address problems and answer questions.

ยท Strives to provide a clean, healthy, and active learning environment.

ยท Ensures efficient and sufficient staff/child ratios are maintained; manages staff schedule.

ยท Escalates safety violations, facility issues, and/or state agency violations.

Education/Experience for Academy Director..

Bachelorโ€™s in Early Childhood Education (โ€œECEโ€) or Bachelors in Elementary Education with 18 ECE credits, or Bachelors in a related field with 30 ECE credits and a Directorโ€™s credential is qualifying. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have excellent interpersonal/communication skills, leadership experience with basic understanding of MS office.

Bilingual is a major plus!

Sign-On Bonus

  • Must start within 30 days of offer letter acceptance
  • Paid in 3 increments (90 days; 6 months; 1 year)
  • Minimum Education: AA in ECE or Elementary Edu with 18 ECE credits and Director Credential commitment.
  • Rehires not eligible
