Job DescriptionLocated within the School of Architecture, this position’s primary focus is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the academic operations of the School’s three graduate degree programs.
The successful candidate will serve as a visibly identifiable, primary point of contact for both current and prospective graduate students. Furthermore, this role provides direct support to faculty and students in the logistical planning of studio travel (including group domestic and international travel), as well as coordinating complex travel logistics for jury critics invited to review student work on campus.

Because academic schedules and travel logistics are dynamic, this individual must possess exceptional flexibility and a willingness to pivot seamlessly when project priorities shift.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Graduate Studies Support: Provide dedicated administrative support for graduate student processes, including admissions, onboarding, relocation, financial fellowships, and stipends.

Records Management: Ensure the systematic digital collection of student work and academic course content at the conclusion of each semester.
Summer Program Management: Manage the School's high school Career Discovery Program for two weeks during the summer, working closely and collaboratively with the faculty lead, teaching assistants, and program participants.
Student Communications: Prepare and distribute general academic-related communications to the School’s student body.
Key Attributes for Success
Agility & Flexibility: Highly flexible with a proven willingness to pivot strategies and shift focus when needed to meet the evolving demands of the School.
Thrives in a Fast-Paced Environment: Enjoys and excels in navigating fast-paced work, maintaining accuracy and professionalism even under tight deadlines or changing circumstances.
Service-Oriented: Presents a welcoming, helpful demeanor as the visible face of the graduate program for students, faculty, and visiting critics.
Application Deadline to Apply: June 22, 2026
Hiring Pay Range: Up to $50,000 | Commensurate with experience
