Overview

Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company in North America with a focus on healthy hydration. Base Salary: $108,330 - $152,044.95. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.

Location: Preferred location - Remote in Cincinnati, OH or Boise, ID but open to Remote in other locations for the right individual.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Category and Primo Brand growth through the analysis of sales and shopper data and presentation of recommendations to retail customers.
  • Define strategies and plans that deliver Category/Subcategory growth based on consumer, shopper and customer requirements.
  • Synthesize data from a multitude of sources to provide insights and recommendations on customer, channel, and category strategy.
  • Recommend actionable in-store solutions based on a clear understanding of the analysis.
  • Be a trusted advisor, offering category centric recommendations to sales manager and customers.
  • Assist in the sell in of new items/strategies at retail, developing fact-based customer specific plans.
  • Develop and propose the in-store vision of success for the category/subcategory in each customer.
  • Support implementation and continuously review the effectiveness of our in-store actions.

Qualifications

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of Category Management experience preferably in CPG.
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point Skills.
  • Experience with AI tools, dashboard platforms (e.g. Power BI), and scalable templates is a plus.
  • Power user of Symphony EYC and 84.51 (retailer-specific data platforms).
  • Experience with Syndicated Data (Nielsen/IRI) measures and systems.
  • Experience supporting or calling on Kroger and/or Albertsons buyer teams.
  • Experience building customer-facing selling decks and insight presentations that drive joint business planning and mutual wins.

  • Experience with Shopper Data: Shopper Card metrics and Homescan Panel Data.
  • Capable of synthesizing data from a variety of sources.
  • Ability to present data accurately and with credibility.
  • Positive interaction with customers and customer managers.
  • Preferable location remote in Cincinnati, OH or Boise ID, but open to remote in other locations for the right individual.
