Role Overview:
The Product Owner is responsible for defining and driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a critical product or product domain. This role serves as a key liaison between business, technology, and leadership, ensuring alignment of product initiatives with enterprise objectives and delivering measurable business value.

What You'll Do:
Own and drive product strategy and roadmap for a product or product suite, aligning with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities
Translate complex business challenges into product solutions, leveraging deep domain expertise and data-driven insights
Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and successful delivery of high-impact outcomes
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in the product domain, advising stakeholders and influencing best practices across teams
Make strategic prioritization decisions balancing customer value, technical feasibility, regulatory considerations, and financial impact
Collaborate with senior stakeholders (including leadership) to shape product vision, influence decisions, and manage expectations
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, products, and customer experience
Oversee backlog management and execution, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities while empowering Agile teams to deliver effectively
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities
Lead or play a key role in large, complex programs with significant business and/or operational impact

What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
Typically 5+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or related domain
Demonstrated ability to own product strategy and influence outcomes across multiple teams or functions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience addressing complex and ambiguous business challenges
Proven ability to collaborate and influence at all levels, including senior leadership
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices; Agile certification preferred
Experience working in complex, regulated, or enterprise environments preferred

Pay Transparency

Salary range: $100,000 - $143,000 

Overtime eligible: Exempt 

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
