We are looking for a highlyย driven and technically proficient Seniorย Salesย Ambassadorโ€ฏto join our Diagnosticsย team.ย As a Senior Ambassador,ย you will accelerate growth and expand market share across key accounts. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in clinical diagnostics and a deep understanding of laboratory and hospital environments. The Senior Ambassador will play a critical role in driving revenue byย leveragingย their technicalย expertiseย to influence purchasing decisions and deliver tailored diagnostic solutions.ย ย This roleย operatesย as the primary account management contact, aiming to improve economic profitability, increase customer loyalty, andย retainย business through contract renewal and closingย new solutions.ย 

What Youโ€™ll Work On

  • Customer Relationship & Retention:ย ย Serveย as a trusted visor toย establishedย customers, fostering loyalty and achieving retention targets.ย ย Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and regular business reviews.ย ย Collaborate with Enterprise Account Managers to secure early renewals and mitigate competitive threats.ย 

  • Account Management & Growth:ย ย Developย and execute strategic account plans focused on value expansion and profitability.ย ย Identifyย andย implement operational and service improvements to drive customer success.ย ย Influence purchasing decisions andย optimizeย reagentย utilization.ย 

  • Technical & Operational Support:ย ย Performย assay integrations and address laboratory technical needs.ย ย Support new account implementations, including ordering, installation, and validation.ย ย Coordinate order, delivery, and billing processes to ensure operational efficiency.ย 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:ย ย Partnerย with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Technical Service, and Finance to deliver cohesive customer experiences.ย ย Escalate and resolve customer challenges in collaboration with the service organization.ย ย Contribute toย qualityย effectiveness throughย accurateย documentation of complaints and resolutions.ย 

Territory

  • The role is a remote, field-based position.

  • Ability to travel up to 70-75% in assigned territory and other domestic business locations.

  • Territory covers Southern California in Orange County and Inland Empire. The ideal candidate would be based within the territory by a major airport.

Required Qualifications:ย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degreeย +3 years,ย Associateโ€™sย degreeย + 5,ย HS/GED +ย 7 years of relevant experienceย 

  • Professionalย experienceย inย sales or laboratory operations.ย 

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.ย ย ย 

Preferred Qualifications:ย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree inย Engineering, Life Sciences,ย orย Medical Technologyย and/orย healthcare-related Field.ย 

  • Experienceย with a provenย track recordย in sales, field service, or within a technical call center.ย ย 

  • Deep understanding of laboratory instrumentation, workflows, and regulatory requirements.ย ย ย

The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 โ€“ $156,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
