Job description

A3 Consulting is seeking highly motivated Scrum Master, with mid-level experience, to lead Agile practices and ceremonies, facilitate team collaboration, and ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes across multiple workstreams. This role requires strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills to support cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. In this job you will:
  • Serve as Scrum Master for multiple teams with the PAC PMO, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Guide the team and organization on Agile/Scrum best practices and values.
  • Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner(s) to ensure well-defined backlogs and clear sprint goals.
  • Support the PAC PMO’s strategic goals by aligning team outputs with broader program objectives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including federal clients, to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to Agile maturity across the organization.
  • Support the Product Owner(s) and team members with the build out of epics, features, stories, and tasks.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct quality reviews of processes and implement corrective actions.
  • Track and report on team performance metrics and sprint progress.
  • Support the maintenance of the team’s operational roadmap, maintaining awareness of priority activities across sprints.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • Proven experience leading Agile teams in a federal or consulting environment.
  • Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent), required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with federal program offices.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, SharePoint, PowerBI, and Microsoft Teams.
Clearance Level:
  • Active Public Trust (or ability to obtain one)

Salary Range:
  • $100,000 - $125,000 commensurate with experience and achievement
