Keller is looking for an experienced Project Manager based out of our Houston, TX location. Responsibilities Business Development & Proposal Preparation Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with management on overall strategy and resource alignment.

Support the identification of new markets, clients, and technologies while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Lead proposal development, including risk assessment, profit optimization, estimating, engineering input, technical writing, site visits, and client Q&A. Negotiate contracts and ensure a clear understanding of all contractual requirements.

Coordinate with the pre-construction team, as applicable. Risk Management Maintain full compliance with Keller risk management policies and procedures. Proactively identify major risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to protect the company.

Pre-Construction & Initial Planning Oversee design coordination, submittals, material procurement, pre-job planning, and project scheduling. Plan and lead pre-project meetings with Superintendents and other key stakeholders. Partner with the project team to develop strategies that maximize project profitability.

Project Execution Build, lead, and support high-performing project teams. Ensure all work is executed in accordance with project specifications and requirements. Collaborate with branch and project teams to maintain schedule adherence and budget performance.

Identify and resolve challenges while capitalizing on opportunities to enhance project outcomes and profitability. Change Management Identify, track, and manage project changes; escalate issues as necessary to ensure proper resolution. Financial Management Review and approve weekly and monthly financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and key performance metrics throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee accounts receivable (A/R) collections. Safety & Quality Assurance Ensure full compliance with Keller and OSHA safety standards and requirements. Partner with HSEQ in the event of a safety incident to support employees and project teams in alignment with company policy.

Address and resolve all quality nonconformance issues. Exercise stop-work authority when safety or quality concerns arise. #keller1 #LI-SC1 Qualifications Background Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Experience) • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
