Access And Reimbursement Operations Specialist

This is a hybrid position. Monday - Wednesday in office/Thursday and Friday work from home. Purpose Statement: The US Patient Services team is an industry leading organization, providing unparalleled patient support that results in improved brand loyalty and patient satisfaction. The Access and Reimbursement Operations Specialist reports to the Associate Director of APS Operations to perform operational support capabilities as well as the management of projects to mature our A&R Field Teams. Major Responsibilities: Coordination and management of Access and Reimbursement demographic information (contact numbers, address, title, etc) to ensure timely completion of onboarding and offboarding activities. Monitor Escalation Tool tickets in the Access & Reimbursement channel Triage and manage Escalation Tool tasks between field teams Build and run routine reports in excel and build PowerPoint presentations. Qualifications: Attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to multi-task different priorities and responsibilities Ability to work within multiple systems effectively and concurrently Ability to manage their time efficiently and effectively Support other projects and tasks identified by the APS Operations team Problem solver Proficient or greater experience in Excel (examples; understands formulas like VLookup, build Pivot Tables, etc) and PowerPoint Preferable education is a college graduate Experience: 2+ years of professional experience preferred
