Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $107,500.00 

Location

Naperville, IL. This position will follow a hybrid work-from-home/office model with at least three days in the office weekly.

Role Summary

Works to achieve operational targets within subject of expertise on a regional and/or dept basis. Manages staff within a dept, provides short-term tactical and operational oversight in assigned area. Provides improvements to existing processes/standards to support division goals. Maintains good working relationships with key vendors and partners.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Team supervision

  • Coach, mentor, counsel and develop employees

  • Provide direction to the employees in the dept. in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.

  • Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment incorporating and applying Core Values in role

  • Negotiate pricing with vendors

  • Take lead on depot / M&R rate review, analysis, approval

  • Collaborates with various teams to develop, monitor and report on KPI's

  • Develop reports for measuring cost and volume metrics

  • Maintain depot / M&R rate databases in ONEโ€™s system

  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with vendors

  • Assists with the onboarding process for new and existing depots. 

  • Independently complete pre and post planning for depot / M&R procurement/onboarding.

  • Escalation point for invoice disputes
