Job Title : Informatica DPM Senior
Duration: 9 months. Possibility for extension.
Location: Remote
Years of experience : 10+ years

Must have solid experience in Informatica DPM administration, Unix scripting, Python scripting and writing queries in SQL. DevOps knowledge for AWS cloud is highly preferred.
  • Day to day: Upgrading / Patching DPM in Linux environment, day to day maintenance (restart service/s after 8pm, create connections to connect to databases and share drives (OneDrive SharePoint), run scans to identify PII data across databases and share drives (Tool has ability to identify PII).
  • Will be migrating tool to AWS cloud at some point in the near future. DevOps experience is highly preferred (nice to have).
  • Team currently uses DPM ver. 10.5.3. Must have experience in any version of DPM. The Client would highly prefer versions that are closer to the current version.
  • Experience in Kubernetes and Docker are nice to have. Not required.

Required Skills: DPM, Unix, ETL, and AWS cloud (preferred)
Soft Skills Required: Strong communication

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience with Informatica products in the Data Governance & Privacy journey - Data Privacy Management (DPM) and Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC).
  • Hands-on experience with data quality and remediation tasks to interpret data quality issues, data flows, report mappings, and assist to develop the data lineage process.
  • Expert-level skills in Informatica Data Governance implementation with products including Data Privacy Management, Enterprise Data Catalog.
  • Proven technical knowledge of deployment of both Cloud and on-premises software solutions and architectures (Data Warehousing, Data Integration, Data Privacy Data Quality and Microservices).
  • Extensive experience in establishing an operational framework for Informatica DPM and EDC based tasks.
  • Familiar with data classification techniques and frameworks.
  • Must have an understanding of the Data Governance products configuration and how they work together, e.g., DPM onboarding with EDC to show lineage/metadata.
  • Expert-level database skills in at least one (Oracle DB, DB2, Sybase, SQL Server, DB2, Sybase, Teradata).
  • Data Governance and Privacy stack (DPM/EDC) implementation experience with at least 2 projects.
  • Experience around AWS cloud.
