Licensed 4-40 Insurance Customer Representative (Bilingual)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Licensed 4-40 Insurance Customer Representative to join our growing insurance agency in Coral Springs, FL. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, bilingual (English/Spanish), and has previous experience working in an insurance agency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with new policies, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
  • Prepare insurance quotes and explain coverage options.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in English and Spanish.
