$22.00 per Hour | Full-Time | Immediate Openings

Are you an experienced maintenance professional looking for steady, full-time work? We are hiring General Maintenance Technicians to support residential properties in Cincinnati, OH 45214. If you have experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:40 PM
  • 40-minute unpaid lunch
  • Weekend work may be required based on business needs.
Pay & Assignment
  • $22.00 per hour
  • Full-time contract assignment through July 31, 2026
  • Potential for contract extension based on company needs and performance

Responsibilities
  • Perform plumbing repairs, including fixtures, drain stoppages, and sewer line maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair furnaces, hot water tanks, and basic electrical systems.
  • Install and repair lighting, switches, outlets, doors, windows, cabinets, and flooring.
  • Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance repairs.
  • Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
  • Maintain common areas and grounds to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive environment.
  • Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
