Job Title: Night Shift Quality Control

Position Overview: The Night Shift Quality Control supports production operations during night hours by ensuring products meet company and customer quality standards. This role includes inspecting products throughout the manufacturing process, reviewing technical specifications and drawings, completing quality documentation, and assisting with communication between departments regarding quality-related issues, all while providing leadership and coordination for the night shift team.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect products and components to verify that quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process

  • Assist with coordinating daily night shift inspection activities and workflow

  • Complete quality documentation accurately and report nonconforming materials or processes immediately

  • Support continuous improvement and corrective action efforts on the floor

  • Communicate effectively with production, quality personnel, and other departments as needed

  • Utilize bilingual English/Spanish skills to bridge communication gaps across the shift

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Manufacturing quality control experience required, including leadership or team coordination experience

  • Experience with threaded products/components is a plus

  • Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring equipment

  • Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and tolerances

  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work a night shift schedule in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in indoor/outdoor conditions with exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures

  • Ability to wear required PPE and move safely throughout the facility
