As a 3rd shift Security Associate, you play an integral part in creating an environment that is safe and comfortable for our guests and associates, as well as detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other unlawful behavior.

What will you be doing?

  • Maintain safety for guests and associates while protecting property and assets.
  • Patrol premises on foot.
  • Operate a dispatch center with responsibilities for key control, fire alarm monitoring, and closed circuit television monitoring, answering routine and emergency calls for service, and dispatching call for service.
  • Perform proactive and professional security, safety, and loss prevention practices.
  • Investigate situations and conditions and write reports as necessary. 
  • Meet, greet, and assist guests and associates as needed in a professional and calm manner.  
  • Witness cash drops and monitor cameras.
  • Perform lost and found functions.
  • Assist in other areas as needed.

What do you bring to the role?

  • Must be able to work overnight shift. 
  • Knowledge of security and law enforcement practices preferred.
  • Prior hospitality, guest service and/or security experience preferred.
  • Ability to establish and maintain an effective relationship with all department management, staff, personnel, and general public.
  • Ability to read/write in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must work well both independently and with others as a team player and under pressure. 
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
