We are looking for a results-driven 3PL Sales Manager to help expand our presence in New Jersey. This role focuses on winning new business, strengthening client partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities across warehousing, transportation, and broader logistics services. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial judgment, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to translate customer needs into tailored supply chain solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute a market-focused sales strategy that supports revenue growth and increases visibility within the third-party logistics and warehousing sector.

• Generate leads through outreach efforts such as prospecting calls, industry networking, referrals, and other business development activities.

• Develop trusted relationships with executives, procurement leaders, and operational stakeholders to uncover needs and move opportunities through the sales cycle.

• Present service offerings in a compelling way by aligning logistics, storage, and transportation solutions with customer business goals.

• Monitor pipeline activity, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and provide clear reporting on forecasts, opportunities, and sales performance.

• Partner with internal teams to prepare proposals, support client onboarding, and ensure solutions are positioned effectively during the sales process.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to refine account strategies and identify new areas for expansion.

• Demonstrated success in business-to-business sales within third-party logistics, warehousing, transportation, or a related supply chain environment.
• Solid knowledge of logistics operations, warehouse services, transportation coordination, and end-to-end supply chain concepts.
• Ability to prospect independently and build a pipeline using cold outreach, referrals, and targeted networking.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools to track activity, manage opportunities, and support forecasting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate sales performance and identify revenue-driving opportunities.
