As the Infusion Pharmacy Manager within the Cancer Center Pharmacy—an oncology infusion and hematology pharmacy hub inside a nationally recognized, 500+ bed hospital—the role will help drive high-acuity cancer care, sterile compounding aligned with USP 797/800, IV workflow technology and barcode/gravimetric verification, investigational drug and clinical trial support, chemo regimen standardization, and precision medicine initiatives that keep complex therapies safe, timely, and personalized.

Reporting to a Director of Pharmacy Services, the Infusion Pharmacy Manager will lead a cohesive team of oncology pharmacists and pharmacy technicians across infusion satellites and cleanrooms, partnering closely with friendly oncology nurses, nurse navigators, advanced practice providers, and a multidisciplinary care team. Responsibilities include staffing models and professional development, chemo order verification and treatment pathway alignment, accreditation readiness and policy compliance, 340B optimization and inventory stewardship, throughput and chair utilization, P&T and formulary input, and frontline-driven process improvements that reduce clicks, prevent errors, and support clinician wellbeing.
