We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant/Qualified Medication Aide to join our healthcare team in Oldenburg, IN. We are currently hiring for our 2nd shift which is 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM and a $.50 shift differential is available for this shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting healthcare professionals in providing patient care and administering medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Pay is negotiable based on experience, starting pay is $17.00/hour.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient care tasks including working as a CNA as needed (pay is not affected)
  • Administer medications to patients as prescribed
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs
  • Assist with medical procedures as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant or Medication Aide training program
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
