Job Description
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled as a student at Ithaca College
  • Courteous and engaging personality, confident communicating with students, faculty and staff in a professional office setting
  • Ability to self-manage tasks and work independently
  • Experience with Ithaca College platforms including 25Live Pro, Asset Essentials, Purplepass, Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook

Responsibilities
  • Create, modify, and confirm room reservations on 25Live Pro
  • Submit maintenance requests via Asset Essentials
  • Schedule and update ticketed events on PurplePass
  • Assist with scheduling of other student employee shifts
  • In-office tasks such as posting signage, managing physical calendars, etc.
  • Other duties as needed.

Schedule/Hours
  • Office Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Most work will take place in this time frame, but occasionally, evenings or weekends may be required.
  • 5-15 hours a week, some weeks will have more work available than others, averaging out to about 10.
  • Work schedule is flexible to suit your academic schedule.
  • There will be some opportunities for remote work.

Pay Rate: $ 16.00
