Job Description

Pay Rate: $15/hr.

Hours for this Position:

ย M-F: 8:30-5pm. (For training for the month of September) Work hours will then change -working between hours 8am-8pm (8-5 shift, 10-7, 11-8 etc.) candidates will need to have a flexible schedule that will also include rotating Saturdays from 9-5pm (will depend on business needs but likely every other Sat).

Daily Responsibilities:ย 

The Tele-App Sales Representative works in an incoming sales phone queue completing applications over the phone from prospective members who are responding to various media advertising. The Tele-App Representative also performs various outbound calls during assigned times.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Completes Enrollment and Plan Change Applications following a strict script protocol.
  • Offers brief Q&A to prospective members or refers prospects back to Rep of the Day agent for deeper explanation.
  • Makes outbound calls to members who may be eligible for plan changes.
  • Uses CRM for lead tracking, client status and follow-up.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Must be computer literate
  • 215 or 240 Agent Department of Insurance license
  • 6 months+ previous sales or call center experience.ย
