The Opportunity

This position works out of our Roseville, MN location in the Cardiac Rhythm Management medical device division supporting the Distribution Center.

This role supports inbound, outbound, and value-added services operations by helping manage inventory, equipment, materials, and warehouse activities to ensure products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time. The position works closely with operations, engineering, vendors, and other teams to support daily business needs and solve operational issues.

Additionally, this position will manage projects focused on increasing capacity and improving workflow through automation, tooling, fixtures, and warehouse organization. The role helps meet production schedules while improving safety, efficiency, and product quality.

What You'll Work On

Operations, Warehouse & Equipment Management

  • Maintenance and equipment management, troubleshooting, asset management, maintenance documentation
  • Assist with movement of equipment and materials within the warehouse and support second warehouse startup activities
  • Arrange storage to optimize warehouse space
  • Receive incoming goods
  • Check for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices
  • Accurately sort, label, and store goods
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods
  • Enter data and maintain inventory records
  • Retrieve inventory and delivery information
  • Operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery
  • Perform routine lab operations and basic manufacturing operations
  • Complete assigned work orders to meet schedule requirements

Communication, Collaboration & Customer Service

  • Communication with vendors, engineers, and operations leadership
  • Effectively communicate verbal and written instructions within a team
  • Work with colleagues and supervisors to resolve operational issues
  • Positively represent the company during tours and demonstrations
  • Maintain positive and cooperative relationships with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors
  • Respond to inquiries regarding inventory levels, shipments, and delivery schedules

Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Self-manage prioritization of projects, tasks, and production support
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills (Yellow Belt preferred)
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures with attention to detail
  • Adapt quickly and manage changing workloads effectively
  • Document manufacturing activities accurately and completely
  • Understand team goals, performance metrics, and contribute to achieving them
  • Complete required training on time
  • Work safely and follow company policies and procedures
  • Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), and other regulatory requirements. Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
