Job Description - Overview
New opportunity available for a Customer Service Manager.
The Customer Service Manager position is one of hourly store management. Stores are open Monday through Saturday, 9:00AM to 8:00PM and we are closed on SUNDAY.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform duties as front-end manager
  • Assist customers with returns
  • Manage registers
  • Assist customers as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service

Compensation:
  • Starting range for full-time: $20.15 - $21.15 hourly. - This starting wage is posted pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, and applies exclusively to the position of Customer Service Manager at Hobby Lobby stores in the state of Colorado.
  • Christmas Bonus (gift) if employed on certain date.
