The Role
We’re seeking an experienced floral professional with strong team-management skills and a clean driving record to lead daily operations at our Los Angeles location.
This hybrid position combines hands-on floral design, delivery coordination, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a small team of floral designers and assistants.
- Manage daily workflow, ensuring design quality and on-time deliveries.
- Create and install custom floral arrangements for events and weekly accounts.
- Safely drive company delivery van for client installations and pickups.
- Oversee inventory, flower conditioning, and cooler organization.
- Maintain client satisfaction through professionalism and reliability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in floral design, retail, or event floristry.
- 2+ years experience supervising or managing a team.
- Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and handle large arrangements with care.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Familiarity with event set-ups, floral coolers, and safe transport practices.
