Modern Floristry is a creative floral and interior design studio known for distinctive floral design, plant styling, and large-scale holiday décor for luxury hotels, offices, and retail spaces across Los Angeles. We blend artistry with logistics — from fresh floral installations to curated plant maintenance and seasonal events and displays.

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced floral professional with strong team-management skills and a clean driving record to lead daily operations at our Los Angeles location.
This hybrid position combines hands-on floral design, delivery coordination, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a small team of floral designers and assistants.
  • Manage daily workflow, ensuring design quality and on-time deliveries.
  • Create and install custom floral arrangements for events and weekly accounts.
  • Safely drive company delivery van for client installations and pickups.
  • Oversee inventory, flower conditioning, and cooler organization.
  • Maintain client satisfaction through professionalism and reliability.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in floral design, retail, or event floristry.
  • 2+ years experience supervising or managing a team.
  • Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and handle large arrangements with care.
