A well-respected Personal Injury law firm seeks a Personal Injury / Workers' Compensation Paralegal to join their Columbia team!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 to 4 years of experience with SC Personal Injury case management (Legal Assistants AND defense litigation paralegals are encouraged to apply)
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • 1 to 3 years of SC Workers' Compensation case management
  • Litigation/Trial experience is a PLUS but not required
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with case management software
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Type 50+wpm & Microsoft Office proficiency

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Solid work history
  • Daily contact with clients
  • Handle case load of 80+ plaintiff's cases
