About the Role:
Recovery Solutions Group is seeking a highly detail-oriented and driven Administrative Specialist to join our operations team. This role is critical to our agency's daily success and requires someone who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
This is not a passive administrative role. The position is responsible for entering new business, processing payments, handling UCC notifications, sending time-sensitive correspondence, and performing many other daily tasks as they arise. The work directly supports operational flow and overall company performance.
Typing speed of 80+ WPM with 100% accuracy is required to be considered. A typing test will be given before an interview. Attention to detail is non-negotiable. Errors and carelessness are not acceptable in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter and set up new business in internal systems
  • Process and apply payments with proper documentation and tracking
  • Prepare and send UCC notifications and related notices
  • Generate and send time-sensitive correspondence
  • Maintain organized, complete, and up-to-date account records
  • Review and proof all work for accuracy prior to completion
  • Support internal teams with administrative and operational tasks
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Assist with general office functions to support workflow and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Minimum typing speed of 80+ WPM; 100% accuracy (required)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage high-volume work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
