Job description

We are hiring Licensed Insurance Sales Agents to support the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). If you have an active Health Insurance License and enjoy helping customers, we would love to hear from you!

Position Details:

Employment Type: Temporary/Seasonal Direct Hire (through December 8, 2026)

Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home)

Schedule: Monday–Saturday; shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST, with overtime available based on business needs.

Training: 5 weeks paid training (4 weeks classroom + 1 week nesting).

Pay: $19-$21.50/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from Medicare customers during AEP.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right health insurance plan.
  • Answer questions regarding benefits and coverage.
  • Build positive customer relationships through excellent service.
  • Document customer interactions accurately.
  • Process payments when applicable and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Active Health Insurance License in your state of residence (must remain valid through December 8, 2026).
  • Sales and AEP experience preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Ability to work full-time (up to 48 hours per week) with open availability.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM - 45 WPM
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer and Windows skills
