Activities Coordinator - 10 Month Position

2026-27 School Year

Position Start Date:  July 28, 2026  

Hours: This position requires a flexible daily schedule to meet operational needs, with core hours typically in the afternoon/evening. Due to the nature of the role, which includes event supervision and activities, weekend hours and schedule adjustments will be required. The ideal candidate must be able to flex their time accordingly.


Job Summary:   The Ladue Activities/Athletics department is seeking a 10 month Activities Coordinator to add to their team.  This person will assist with the coordination, supervision and facilitation of activities and sports mainly at the high school level and assist in making our students extra curricular experiences the best for each student.


Minimal Essential Functions:

  • Assist the Director of Activities with planning, supervising, and/or managing all student activities.
  • Assist with the scheduling of District facilities for athletic teams, clubs, and/or community groups.
  • Assist with the scheduling of game officials, necessary workers, and related items to ensure the efficient operation of extracurricular events.
  • Assist with the physical components of event preparation to ensure efficient operations.
  • Implement and maintain all relevant student records in accordance with MSHSAA guidelines.
  • Available to work flexible and/or extended hours and days as position responsibilities demand or as appropriate.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Ability to obtain a substitute certificate (minimum 60 college credit hours) required with preference for education related to athletics and extracurricular activities.
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience coaching/sponsoring athletics and/or activities or related work with extracurricular activities.
  • Preference for candidates with teaching certification and/or athletic administration affiliations and/or related professional development.

Compensation:  The range for this position is between $49,450 - $74,170 depending on verified education and experience.  This is a 10 month exempt/salaried position with benefits.
