Job description

Location: Ware BH | 1007 Mary St., Waycross Closing date: Open until filled
Salary: Commensurate with education and credentials
***$1,000 signing bonus at hire; $4,000 retention bonus after completion of one year of employment. Additionally, those employees seeking Master's licensure will be allowed up to $500 reimbursement for the cost of study material and/or application/testing fees. ***
Job Description: Responsible for completing intakes, providing individual therapy, and crisis intervention as needed to individuals in the outpatient behavioral health program across all Unison sites.
Anticipated Schedule: Will work Monday - Thursday @ 10 hours/day.
Competencies: Knowledge of diagnostic impressions or criteria. Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates. Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques. Knowledge of individual and group therapy techniques. Knowledge of various therapeutic models and intervention as directly related to area of assignment. Possess advanced clinical skills.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree and pursuing licensure, and one year experience in a social service-related position. Full licensure preferred (LMFT, LPC, LCSW). **Free clinical supervision available** Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a valid in-state driver's license and have a driving record with no more than 6 points. Experience with or knowledge of trauma informed, resilience-oriented care preferred.
