Pay: $18-$22/hour
Based on Experience in the Financial Industry and/or Call Center
This is a 6 month contract
This position is ONSITE in Marysville, OH must be able to commute to Marysville, OH

What’s a typical day as a Loan Support Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
• Handling inbound member calls related to consumer lending products and services while navigating multiple systems.
• Assisting members throughout the loan process, answering questions regarding loan products, rates, terms, application requirements, and loan status updates.
• Supporting loan funding activities by making outbound calls to members regarding loan decisions, verifying documentation, coordinating loan closings, and ensuring loans are funded accurately and timely.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience in the financial industry or call center environment (must have).
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver exceptional member service.
• Are able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to credit union policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and lending guidelines.
