Workflow Operations Manager

At Baesman, we're not just producing printwe're building highly coordinated, data-driven production systems that power marketing at scale. We're looking for a Workflow Operations Manager to lead a critical part of that system: the team responsible for transforming data, files, and customer inputs into production-ready output.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex operational problems, and is naturally curious about how systems, data, and workflows connect.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop teams across Prepress, Data/Mailing Services, and Storefront operations

Ensure files, data, storefront orders, and workflows are accurate and production-ready

Improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and support workflow automation initiatives

Partner with Production, Scheduling, Account Management, IT, and Client Services to support smooth execution

Help build scalable, repeatable systems that improve quality, speed, and accountability
