Network Solutions, a Newfold Digital brand, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Storefront to drive the commercial performance, optimization, and growth of Network Solutions’ customer-facing digital business. This leader will lead the end-to-end storefront ecosystem, driving customer acquisition, conversion, cross-sell, upsell, retention, and revenue growth across our digital product portfolio, including domains, web hosting, website solutions, email, security, productivity, and emerging digital services.

Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, the Director of Storefront will partner closely with Product, Brand, Acquisition, Engineering, Analytics, Customer Experience, and Finance to create a seamless, high-performing customer journey that accelerates growth and maximizes customer lifetime value.

The ideal candidate combines deep eCommerce expertise, strong commercial acumen, customer obsession, data-driven decision making, and a proven track record leading digital commerce teams.

Storefront Strategy & Leadership

Define and execute the storefront vision, roadmap, and operating model aligned with Network Solutions and Domain.com growth objectives.

Lead the digital customer buying journey across acquisition, purchase, onboarding, renewal, and expansion touchpoints.

Serve as the functional leader responsible for storefront performance, customer experience, conversion optimization, and revenue growth.

Lead and develop a high-performing team across eCommerce, merchandising, optimization, analytics, and customer experience functions.

Establish operating rhythms, KPIs, governance processes, and leadership reporting to drive accountability and execution.

Revenue Growth & Commercial Ownership

Drive storefront-generated revenue and overall commercial performance, including conversion, average order value (AOV), customer lifetime value (LTV), attach rates, renewal performance, and cross-sell outcomes.

Drive product attachment and multi-product adoption across domains, hosting, professional email, website services, SSL, cybersecurity, and productivity solutions to expand portfolio penetration.

Develop growth strategies that increase product adoption and drive monetization across the customer lifecycle, including pricing optimization, bundling strategies, promotions, and personalized offers.

Serve as a key advisor to the SVP on business performance and growth.

Digital Commerce & Optimization

Lead all aspects of storefront merchandising, purchase flows, checkout experiences, product presentation, and self-service buying experiences.

Build a culture of experimentation through A/B testing, personalization, targeting, and data-driven optimization.

Ensure frictionless user experiences that improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Partner with UX and Design teams to continuously enhance customer engagement and usability.

Product & Platform Partnership

Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to establish a scalable storefront technology strategy.

Influence prioritization of commerce platform investments and customer experience enhancements.

Ensure storefront experiences effectively communicate product value propositions and customer benefits.

Support expansion into new products, services, markets, and customer segments.

Data, Analytics & Insights
